Mona is the founder of MonaST Engineering and has more than 17 years of experience in Middle East and West Africa in multi-national companies – Architecology, Aurecon, Meinhardt, Hyder/Arcadis, Norr, Structural Group/VSL, RMJM & Schlumberger. Her experience spans across all aspects of engineering; Management, Design, & Post Contract operations. She has a Dubai Municipality Unlimited Design License and is a graduate member of IstructE.

Stephen is a registered architect (Canada, Alberta Association of Architects) a member of the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada (MRAIC) and a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists in the UK (MCIAT). He has over 15 years of experience working on High-End Hospitality, Mixed Use, High Rise and Residential projects in UK, Middle East and Canada with multi-national companies Stantec, RMJM and RSP.
